This training is designed for leaders who want to learn the basic coaching principles and practices. This will prepare you with basic knowledge and skills to effectively coach anyone you intentionally meet with on a regular basis. There are many business applications to this training also. We are especially committed to training ministry leaders, elders, Journey group leaders and coaches who are involved in the life on life missional discipleship movement.
